The hosted incentives and landing experience has been decoupled from the webapp.

Admin bypass for ERC20 custom trigger restriction

Added a new trigger to incentivize Euler net positions on Hypurr.

Trigger creation has been redesigned and moved to a dedicated page.

• Per-trigger submission status (loading, success, error)
